Healthcare executive email list
The healthcare executive email list, 622,076 C-suite, VP, and director contacts your AEs are calling into.
For teams selling clinical, financial, or operational software to US medical companies. Every record is a named human, current job, current employer.
Why this list works for the buyer's motion
Director and up, current jobs, and the email that lands.
director-level or above
No ICs, no junior staff padding the count. Each of the 622,076 sits at director, VP, or C-suite at a US medical company today.
California execs alone
The single largest state cut. New York, Texas, Massachusetts, and Florida follow. The depth holds across all 50.
historical titles, role inboxes, or info@ shells
If the role is stale we drop the record on the next refresh. We do not pad with info@ mailboxes or CFOs from a job ago.

What's inside each contact record
A named human, a current job, and the fields your sequence needs.
This is a contact-grain pull, not a company list. Each row is one person at one US medical company, fielded the way RevOps actually wants it.

Custom agent signals
The part a static contact dump cannot give you.
Point Orbital's agents at your ICP and they research each contact and their employer for the triggers you score on, then attach them to the record. A few that teams ask for on this set:
If you can define the signal, an agent can go find it. A scored, ready-to-work set of healthcare execs beats a flat spreadsheet that bounces a third of the way down.
What we don't fake: no role inboxes like info@ or contact@ at the executive level, no historical titles padding the count, no emails Orbital itself validated (the validation comes from our data source), and no executives at companies whose existence we cannot stand behind.
Coverage by level, function, and segment
Sliced the way RevOps wants to sequence it.
Default cuts on a contact-grain pull are level, function, and employer size, not geography. Geography is available, but the 622,076 are spread proportionally to the US healthcare workforce, so the headline cuts that matter for B2B sequencing are these.
By job level
By function
By employer size
By medical sub-sector

The difference
Decision-makers your CRM enriches halfway and the rest empty.
Most contact databases are built person-by-person from professional profile scraping, then sold by the seat. The pattern works fine for the senior IC market, but it breaks at the buyer line. By the time you filter ZoomInfo down to director-and-above in healthcare with a current employer and a validated email, the row count collapses and the rest of the rows are stale, missing, or pointing at a company that closed in 2022.
We start from the other side. We pull contact-grain records from the source, filter to 622,076 people whose current level is director or above and whose current employer is a US medical company, validate the email, then drop anything we cannot stand behind. The list is smaller than ZoomInfo's headline export of healthcare records. It is also the part of ZoomInfo's healthcare records that would actually have made it past your AEs' sequencer.
The honest trade is this. We will not quote you a million healthcare executive emails, because the clean current-jobs number is smaller and worth more. Then our agents enrich each contact with the signals your team scores on, so the file you receive is sorted by fit, not by the order the rows were ingested.
How we build it
Pulled, filtered, validated, enriched.
Pulled. We start from the contact-grain dataset and select people whose current employer is classified as US healthcare, across the sub-sectors listed above. That cut returns roughly 622,076 records.
Filtered. We keep director, VP, SVP, EVP, and C-suite, and we drop everything below. No ICs, no managers, no individual practitioners without a leadership title. The point of a contact-grain healthcare list at this level is the buyer line, not the org chart.
Validated. Email addresses come validated by our data source. We do not claim a second round of Orbital validation on top, because that would be a lie. Anything the source flags as undeliverable, we leave out.
Enriched. Then Orbital's agents attach the custom signals you score on. Recent role change. Hiring posts. Named tech in use. The list arrives ready to sequence rather than ready to clean. Source: Orbital data (contact-grain pull, current jobs only), April 2026.

Questions
Before you ask sales.
Can I get a free sample of the healthcare executive list?
Yes. Tell us the seniority levels, functions, or states you care about and we send a sample of around 100 contacts so your team can run it past their CRM before anything changes hands.
Are these the contacts' current roles, or historical titles?
Current jobs only. A CFO who left her hospital system eight years ago does not count. We re-pull from the source so the title and the employer on the record are the ones the contact holds today. If the role changed since the last pull, the next refresh catches it.
Is this contacts or companies?
Contacts. The 622,076 number is people, not employers. Each record is one named human at one medical company, with their current job title, function, level, and verified business email. If you want the underlying companies, ask sales and we can pull the company-grain cut as well.
What fields come with each contact?
First and last name, current job title, job level (C-suite, VP, director, manager, IC where applicable), function (clinical, operations, finance, HR, IT, sales, marketing, supply chain), current employer and domain, city, state, country, validated business email, direct dial where present, LinkedIn URL, and tenure in months in the current role.
Where does the data come from?
We pull contact-grain records from professional profile sources, match them to verified business email addresses, and filter to people whose current employer sits in the healthcare sector and whose current level is director or above. The 622,076 count comes from Orbital data, contact-grain pull, current jobs only, April 2026.
How is this different from ZoomInfo?
Two things. First, our default cut is contact-grain at director and above, so you do not have to filter out a million ICs to get to the buyer. Second, our agents can attach custom signals to each contact, such as recent role change, hiring on their team, or named tech in use, so the list arrives scored rather than flat.
Can I filter by job level, function, or company size?
Yes. The default cuts are job level (C-suite, VP, director), function (clinical, operations, finance, HR, IT, revenue cycle, supply chain, marketing, sales), and company size band (1 to 50, 51 to 200, 201 to 1000, 1000 plus). You can stack filters before we send anything.
Do you have email addresses you validated yourselves?
No. We do not claim that. Emails on this list are validated by our data source, not re-verified inside Orbital. We also do not ship role inboxes like info@ or contact@ at the executive level. Every email on a record is a named human at a current employer.
