When Jules stepped into the Director of Revenue Operations role at a leading scrap metal SaaS platform, she didn’t expect her first challenge to be… Google Sheets.

For the scrap yard market, the difference between a good lead and a dead-end came down to nuanced, vertical-specific signals like:

From there, Greenspark built out an ICP score based on the 5+ unique data points Orbital was tracking. This let them identify the best accounts across their entire TAM and prioritize outreach efforts accordingly.

Assigning Fair, Data-Driven Territories

Once Greenspark had complete visibility into their TAM and the ICP score of each business across it, they revisited their territory assignments.

With the new data, Tyler – their VP of Sales – was able to fairly redesign territories from scratch based on account density and fit across the US.
